Terms & Conditions:

Liverpool FC does not wish to have any affiliation with the SUN or Sunday SUN newspapers and would appreciate all Affiliates take this into consideration when placing LFC Store banner advertisements.
Liverpool FC will not run any promotions on the 15th April - This is out of respect to the 96 Liverpool fans who never returned from Britain's worst sporting disaster at Hillsborough on the 15th April 1989. We ask that all Affiliates respect this date and adhere to our request of no promotional activity (General commission will be paid).
Liverpool FC reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program found to be publishing any content deemed to breach confidentiality (via affiliated links or not) by LFC or Webgains. All information found on Webgains or sent via Webgains is approved for promotion.
Publishers are not permitted to impersonate the LFC brand by posing as an official channel of the club (either via social channels or websites)
For new product launches LFC reserves the right to remove commission across all new SKU’s for a maximum period of 14 days

PPC Policy: Closed:- No direct linking to Liverpool Football Club is permitted.

No bidding on branded keywords or mis-spells (e.g. Liverpool FC, Liverpool football club, LFC) – affiliates are instructed to add these as negative matches

Breaches of this policy will result in suspension from the program.

Social Content
All social media posts and their copy must to be signed off by the club. Content must not be a direct repetition of what is posted on official club channels. Social Media Publishers are limited to one post per category (Nike, Own Brand, Sale), per 24 hour period. Social assets provided by the Club must only be used in conjunction with LFC Retail affiliate links and not its competitors. Any direct violations of the above terms will lead to a review of a publishers status on the platform and a potential reduction in commission. If found to be in violation more than once the club reserves the right to remove a publisher from the platform.

In accordance with the ASA, if you wish to use affiliate links within your social channels/Instagram stories and blogs, you will need to use #ad as an identifier of content that has a commercial agreement attached to it (this includes the use of affiliate links).
