Ensuring the health, security and safety of our team, their friends and family is our top priority. In order to reduce the risk of spreading the virus we have been able to rapidly switch to working from home schemes across all of our global offices. This was a relatively simple exercise given recent company and group investments in state-of-the-art equipment and cloud-based services. We’re monitoring the situation continuously and will take whatever steps are necessary to promote personal well-being whilst everyone is home-working.

As mentioned, our teams around the world are fully equipped and trained to work remotely for as long as necessary. All client and publisher meetings have been switched to smoothly run online, and we continue to provide the exceptional service levels to our customers. Our internal targets of 24-hour response times for our supported accounts and 48-hours for self-managed account tickets and affiliate queries are not currently at risk. The entire Webgains teams as always are here to offer advice on how best to support your online activity and help brands benefit from the affiliate sales channel during these uncertain times.
Additionally, our platform and servers can be managed remotely, set to flexibly uphold increased demand and protected with necessary security protocols. Our excellent and robust technical team located in multiple global locations, oversees the situation and ensures that all our systems are operating as usual.
Our affiliate tracking technology is hosted entirely in the cloud across multiple (many hundreds of) servers with exceptional levels of redundancy should it be required. We are confident at this time of upholding our existing internal (and industry leading) target of 99.9% uptime.
Our exceptional finance team is also working hard to ensure all accounts are paid inside agreed credit terms. We pride ourselves on our low levels of bad debt and work hard to do so. We maintain (and have done for many years) a strict suspension and expulsion policy as a result of late advertiser payments and will continue to settle affiliate payments on the usual frequencies (weekly or monthly, subject to the usual minimum payment thresholds) throughout this period of uncertainty. If advertisers are experiencing tough trading conditions and restricted cashflows as a result of current market forces, then our team is always open for early conversations on how to help and give advice on commission payments due to affiliates.
