The name ‘Barrus’ means elephant in Latin, it symbolizes power, loyalty and good luck, Barrus London presents all these qualities to make you feel confident, stylish, mysterious and beautiful. One of a kind evening gowns, cocktail dresses and casual outfits are the result of a team of multi-cultural designers directed by the Creative Director, Neslişah Yılmaz. Barrus London has received the blessing of the fashion world in the international arena including a number of catwalk shows at London Fashion Week.
All of Barrus London’s eye catching garments are made by fine tailoring, using delicate fabrics from Turkey, Europe and India. With this in mind their collection has been targeted to ladies who are confident, sexy and independent from around the world. She can carry of almost any kind of look, taking her day look, through to night time.

Inspired by the Anatolian and Mesopotamian heritage from thousands of years ago, the team at Barrus London has delved deep into historic archives to create a truly unique offering. Anatolia, known as Asia Minor in modern Turkish is the westernmost protrusion of Asia which makes up the majority of the Republic of Turkey. Mesopotamia is considered to be the one of the cradles of civilization by the Western world, Bronze Age Mesopotamia included Sumer and the Akkadian, Babylonian, and Assyrian empires, all native to the territory of modern-day Iraq. Barrus London has mixed this heritage with traditional techniques offering consumers a truly rare range of clothing.
