Terms & Conditions

General

As a partner of Ceiling Tiles UK affiliate programme, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Any breach of these conditions may result in termination from Ceiling Tiles UK affiliate programme and any commissions earned being reversed.

Domain Restrictions:

Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names with Ceiling Tiles UK trademarked terms or any misspellings or reformations.

Any affiliate registering such a domain will immediately and permanently be removed from Ceiling Tiles UK’s affiliate programme and any commissions due will be reversed. Ceiling Tiles UK reserves the right to reclaim any such domains.

Brand bidding is an immediate break of Terms and will result in suspension.

Voucher Code Use: – MAY NOT USE, DEPENDS IF WE CAN RUN CODES

All voucher codes must comply with the official IAB guidelines. Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through Ceiling Tiles UK’s affiliate programme or provided directly from the dedicated Account Manager. Affiliates are not permitted to display unauthorised voucher codes, affiliates found to do so may face declined commission.

Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date, this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or clearly marked as expired after this date.

Affiliates are not permitted to display voucher codes that were intended for use in other digital channels or for the use of other online affiliates.

Cashback Sites:

Cashback sites will receive the default commission rate unless agreed otherwise.

Creatives and Branding:

Affiliates may not alter any of the creatives available through the Webgains interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so any updates made to those available in the interface will take immediate effect. If your site requires hardcoded banners, please contact o.jones@embryo.com to obtain permission before putting this in place.

If you require a custom-made banner that is not readily available in the Webgains interface then please contact o.jones@embryo.com with your request.

Any blog or email marketing content must be signed off by Ceiling Tiles UK before going live on any site. Any content released before approval from Ceiling Tiles UK should be removed immediately until approval has been obtained.

Email Marketing:

Affiliates are permitted to send solus emails to their databases, however, Ceiling Tiles UK branding restrictions and guidelines must be adhered to. Affiliates should obtain permission and creative sign-off from Ceiling Tiles UK.

Social Media:

Affiliates may feature Ceiling Tiles UK on social media platforms, however, branding restrictions and guidelines must be adhered to. Affiliates must never speak ‘as’ or ‘for’ Ceiling Tiles UK, instead, they should only speak ’about’ or ‘promote’ Ceiling Tiles UK’ and its products.
