Terms & Conditions

1. General exclusion criteria
The publisher must have an appropriate website. Sole e-mail registrations are not acceptable.
Sites which include content of the following type are not allowed to participate: sites that promote violence, pornographic and discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation and/or age.
The website of the publisher is not allowed to publish political content in any way.
The website must adhere to all relevant legal regulations.
Dickies may refuse at any time advertisements that promote or solicit illegal acts, or any such types of acts judged to be not positive.

2. PPC Policy Closed
Dickies reserves the right at any time to cancel any existing partnership and/or for legitimate reasons to retain commissions if any partner violates the above term. Keywords such as ‘dickies black friday sale’ and ‘dickies black friday’ are forbidden. Any brand, brand misspelling or variations are not allowed and will lead to suspension.

3. Advertising Material
It is not permitted to change the offered advertising material and the offered advertising links in any way. The application of the Dickies website in a popUp, popunder, frame, iframe, layer and banner networks as well as through paid-mail, paid-banners and paid-click programs is not permitted.
Dickies Brand reserves the right at any time to cancel an existing partnership and/or for legitimate reasons to retain commissions.

4. Voucher Codes
Dickies is able to provide exclusive vouchers but reserves the right to amend or withdraw voucher availability without notice. Dickies reserves the right to refuse redemption of vouchers if they believe they have not been used in accordance with their terms. Only one voucher per transaction, no change will be given. Vouchers can only be redeemed once. This voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher. Any free gifts offered are subject to availability. No substitutes or cash alternative will be offered.

5. Validations
Validations will be subject to returns policy and processed accordingly with 90 days recall period policy. Transaction Enquiries will be processed within 30 days.
