Delivery within the UK is free for all orders. For returns customers have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for a full refund (intimate products and sanitary goods, Gift cards, on sale items are excluded). A Help Centre, a Ticket system and a Knowledge Base are available to support sales and post-sales.
