CLOSED USER GROUP PARTNER FAQS

How do Closed User Group publishers work?

Closed User Group (CUG) publishers provide access to verified audiences, such as students, key workers, NHS staff, military personnel, or teachers. Advertisers can offer exclusive discounts to these groups, helping drive engagement without widely promoting offers to all consumers.

What are the benefits of working with Closed User Group publishers?

CUG publishers help advertisers reach highly relevant audiences, increase customer acquisition, and protect margins through gated offers that are only visible to eligible users.

Which audiences can I target through Closed User Group publishers?

The available audiences vary by publisher but commonly include students, key workers, healthcare professionals, military personnel, teachers, and other verified consumer groups. This allows advertisers to tailor promotions to specific customer segments.
